Physical Activity

Did you know that walking a mile in 15 to 20 minutes uses the same amount of energy as running that mile in 8 to 10 minutes? To maintain good general health the Chief Medical Officer recommends adults engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity five times a week, and children should aim for one hour at least five times a week. See below for further information or start improving your health today by booking your free appointment with a Westminster Health Trainer.
