EVENT: A Walk in the Park
Description:
A Walk in the Park are free weekly walks aimed at encouraging people to get fit while also helping them discover the beauty and benefits of exploring London’s green spaces. Rain Trust, funded by the Royal Parks and Natural England, is coordinating a series of 3 health walks a week in the Royal parks.

The walks are led by Westminster Health Trainers and trained volunteer Walk Leaders. All the walks are free, but walkers may want to bring a small amount of money for a social tea/coffee at the end of the walk.

EVENT: Open Age Events for People Over 50
Description:
Get ready for springtime! You can attend one or all three Health Days. At each event you’ll get information on health awareness, test out relaxing massage and reflexology and try lots of healthy and delicious food and drink. Organisations attending the events include: Age UK, Advocacy Plus, The Memory Service, Bowel Cancer Prevention, Penfold Hub, Health Checks Information and many more. Description:
A fun and informative, health event focused on cardio-vascular health. There will be some pampering sessions taking places, as well as healthy cooking demonstration and a smoothie bike.
